• “Dubizzo,” “we,” or “us” refers to Dubizzo Travel Inc., the company that operates the Dubizzo platform.
• “Services” refers to all services provided by Dubizzo, including but not limited to the website, mobile application, and travel booking services.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services.
• “Travel Providers” refers to third-party providers of travel services, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel-related service providers.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Travel Arrangements

Dubizzo acts as an intermediary between you and Travel Providers. When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into a contract with the relevant Travel Provider, not with Dubizzo. The terms and conditions of the Travel Provider will apply to your booking, in addition to these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about Travel Providers and their services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your booking before making a payment.

3.3 Fees and Payments

We may charge service fees for using our platform, which will be clearly disclosed during the booking process. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

3.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the Travel Provider. These policies will be communicated to you before you complete your booking. Our service fees may be non-refundable even if your booking is canceled.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Dubizzo or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our express prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubizzo and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dubizzo and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your content submitted to our Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
